Senior Partner, having joined Performa in 2012, André Pimentel has extensive experience in business management, restructurings and turnarounds, acquired in more than 25 years as an executive and consultant.

Throughout his career he has led several successful projects in Performance Improvement and Restructuring, both in Brazil and abroad, and in medium and large companies / corporate groups such as Pão de Açúcar Group & Éxito Group (Colombia), both part of Casino Group (France), Levorin Pneus (now part of Michelin Group), Ri Happy / PBKids (Carlyle), Centauro (GP Investments), Texfyt, Arvedi Metalfer, MV Agusta, Naos Bioderma, Intermedica, C&A, Frigol, among others.

Previously he was Managing Director of Galeazzi & Associados, where he worked for 10 years, and Director of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

André is a Mechanical Engineer from the School of Engineering of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Master (MSc.) In Production Engineering(COPPE / UFRJ), with an MBA in Corporate Finance (PUC / RJ).

Senior Partner, acting for Performa since 2018, has accumulated experience of over 20 years in private equity, both in Brazil and abroad, as well as in business management (structuring and restructuring).

Prior to founding Arpejo Invest in 2017 (today part of the Performa / Arpejo Group), Paulo was a partner and member of the Investment Committee of Axxon Group (2006-2017), the leading mid-cap private equity firm in the Brazil - during its time at Axxon, the fund formed a portfolio of 16 “platform” companies, which in turn acquired 15 other companies, and made 8 outflows, of which two went public on the Bovespa.

From 2003 to 2006 he led the successful operational turnaround of DBA Engenharia de Sistemas (large IT services company with ~ 2,000 employees).

Paulo started his career at J.P.Morgan Bank in New York, and graduated from Harvard University, with an MBA from INSEAD.

Partner, serving Performa since 2012, Suzana Murray has 20 years of solid experience as an executive and consultant on relevant corporate transformation projects (including turnaround) and performance improvement.

At Performa Suzana has led projects in clients such as Le Postiche, Cnova (e-commerce of GPA / Casino Group) and GPA Malls, Porto Seguro Monitoring and Secutiry Security and Facilities.

Previously she worked in partnership with specialized consultants such as Galeazzi & Associados (acquisition and turnaround of Globex SA - Ponto Frio) and Alvarez & Marsal (restructuring of the retailer Casa & Vídeo), as well as Private Equity funds such as Vinci Partners (restructuring of Inbrands’back-office). She also worked as an executive in financial services, infrastructure and retail segments.

Suzana is a Business Administrator from FIAA/RJ, with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC/RJ.
