Performa Partners is a Brazilian consulting firm that, since 2006, has been working at critical moments in our clients business, assisting in an effective and assertive way in improving the results.

We have a solid track record of successful projects in several Industries, among others:

  • Food, non-food and fashion retail, with operations of physical stores and e-commerce;
  • Consumer goods manufacturers, as well as capital goods;
  • Service providers, including health insurance, safety and facilities segment;
  • Automotive and auto parts.

Our teams are formed by Associate Consultants, with technical excellence and seniority, as well as executive experience.

In addition, we have a local and global network of specialized professionals available to complement our team whenever necessary, guaranteeing the necessary capacities in the diverse Industries and functions of each business.

In 2013, Performa Partners became the exclusive partner in Brazil of EIM - Excellence in Management, a leading company of Interim Management projects, enabling our clients, through 25 offices in 20 countries, to access a global network of experienced professionals, ready to take on challenges as temporary or permanent executives in client's organizations.

Over the years, we have participated in the restructuring and development of a number of MEDIUM AND LARGE PRIVATE COMPANIES, with open or closed capital, contributing with our management experience, recovering the investments made over time, and maximizing the result for all stakeholders.

We have also worked in partnership with PRIVATE EQUITY FUNDS and OTHERS INVESTORS, assisting in the correct evaluation of potential investments (mainly from a strategic and operational point of view), as well as in the management and performance improvement of the invested businesses.

In some cases we have assisted FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS that have interests in productive assets as relevant creditors, using our experience to maximize the results of a restructuring, reducing the credit risks involved.
